Any Custom Product Idea:

The beginning of any idea, from custom display cases to custom store fixtures, may originate from articles similar to this simple napkin drawing. If you can dream it we can achieve it as well as solve the drawing and dimensioning for you. If you have a special need we know exactly where to start so please don't hesitate to ask. After getting the idea across the table we move on to our engineering and planning department.

Planning:

Engineering stages consist of CAD (Computer-Aided Design) drawings determining the best measurements to fit the product solution in mind. Our engineering department consists of multiple CAD Authorized computers specifically for 2-Dimensional Plotting/Drafting. 3-D Rendering comes after this step is achieved. Although once changes are made in a 3-D Rendering, CAD Drawing dimensions must be manipulated for the productions and hand creator, just like any blue-print.

Rendering:

We are proud to show that we can design any prototypes in 3D (3-Dimension.) Allowing us to show the customer exactly what a product is going to look like to specification before any materials are ever utilized. Changes can easily be made to the product with out having to modify any material and waste the cost and material in doing so. 3D Renders allow us to view the product in any Perspective, while rotating, spinning, panning, and zooming in; out all around in a realistic world like environment. Renders can also be displays in 2-Dimension for printing and presentational viewing.

Prototype/Production:

This is where we meet our final stages of customer satisfaction and delivery. When items meet all requirements and customers are satisfied the item is put into production. If in this stage there becomes a mechanical/design issue. Engineers can then have a hands on look to see what modifications are needed.
